Rumor: Russo bros. might direct Avengers: Infinty war.

According to sources over at Comicbook.com the Captain America 2&3 directors are front runners for the director position of the highly anticipated marvel cinematic event that will span two films.

From comic book.com "Marvel is comfortable giving them a high stakes film. Infinity War would be the next logical step. Joss Whedon, who directed The Avengers and next year's Avengers: Age of Ultron, is not expected to return for another installment. Once his departure is confirmed by Marvel, it’s likely that all eyes will turn to the Brothers."

It's safe to say the brothers will have many of marvels biggest films on their hands if this goes through and I'm wishing them the best of luck. I was greatly pleased with what they did with the Captain America storyline so I'm eager to see what it is they can do with something even bigger.
